This is the second (substantial) incarnation of the journal of a twenty-two year old girl who goes by the name Verity. Though not her real name, it does however capture the essence and purpose of this blog which is quite simply: truth.

The thoughts and feelings among these pages are very much real, as are the events. Only names have been changed to protect the innocent (and not so innocent.)

There is nothing hugely remarkable about the life of the author, though some will say that at times, it can be interesting. This is neither a hugely private journal (it is after all, on the internet) nor is any attempt made to advertise its existence to the public. At present, there is no substantial readership (at least not one that is known) or designs to turn the contents of this journal to some memoir. It is simply, the excess of random thoughts that have somehow made their way into this corner of  cyberspace.
